Thailand holds mass funeral for kindergarten massacre victims

Suspect Panya Khamrap, 34, on the afternoon of October 6, carried a pistol and a knife to attack a childcare facility in Na Klang district, Nong Bua Lamphu province, Thailand, killing more than 30 people, including 23 children. After committing the crime, Khamrap returned home and murdered his wife and children before committing suicide. Police said a total of 37 people died in the tragedy. Nghi phạm Panya Khamrap, 34 tuổi, trưa 6/10 mang theo súng lục và dao xông vào tấn công cơ sở trông trẻ ở huyện Na Klang, tỉnh Nong Bua Lamphu, Thái Lan, khiến hơn 30 người thiệt mạng, trong đó có 23 em nhỏ. Sau khi gây án, Khamrap quay về nhà và sát hại vợ con trước khi tự sát. Cảnh sát cho biết tổng cộng 37 người chết trong thảm kịch. Thi thể của Khamrap được hỏa táng hôm 8/10 tại một tỉnh lân cận, sau khi các ngôi chùa ở Nong Bua Lamphu từ chối tổ chức tang lễ cho người này.
